Just signed up to get public records hoping to get help with tracing family tree. Couldn't even get records about me. Sent them an email asking for my money back, they answered requesting info about the people I was searching and said they would search free of charge. Not too long after i got an email saying they couldn't get any info. Then i saw a list of places to complain about recordslogin.com because it is a scam. Some from 2009 and this is April 2010. Something should be done about them and they should be shut down and pay us back our money. read full review »
