These people have been taking a dollar out of my account since November of 2008, unauthorized I might add. When I called to see what the charges are for all I could get is authomation, when trying to get a person on the line, they would disconnect me if I did not select one of their options. I have never requested a credit report which is what this is coming from nor have I received one. Something needs to be done about company that can take your money without your consent or knowledge.
