I had used H & R block last you and filed a basic return for free. However this year at the end They wanted $29.95 to file. Customer service said during the process they down loaded last years information, changing you Free file to basic that is $29.95 to file. You are only told this at the end after all your time and effort. Beware, they are counting on you to give in and pay the charge. Very deceptive and deliberate! I will try Turbo Tax free online service. H and R Block should be made to stop this deceptive scam. read full review »
