I placed an order online through FTD Flowers. The florist that they placed this order with delivered flowers that were in the process of dying. When the recipient called to let them know the flowers were dying they sent over another bouquet of flowers that were a bunch of wild flowers. They did not replace the order with the arrangement that I ordered and were very rude to therecipient “What is the problem” is their exact words to her.
