Just like many others, I signed up for the 20-day free trial. On 1/6/2009 I paid the S&H and was shipped the sample. On 1/24/2009 I emailed Customer Support (like the website suggested) to cancel my membership. On 1/27/2009 (3 days later) I recieve an email stating that I didn't cancel my "free" membership in time so I was billed for the $88.97.
