Money's been tight the last two years so I wasn't able to buy new clothes every year like I used to. I had to skip two years. Yesterday, I went into the shirt department at JC Penney to buy some new shirts. I was stunned by the shoddy quality of the shirts now being sold as compared to two years ago. The fabric used in the shirt is very cheap, and the buttons feel loose and sloppy. The fabric is so thin you can see your skin through the cloth.
