Do not do business with this guy. He is a scam artist and filthy mouth that needs to be brushed with lots of soap. He does not pay his bills. He just trys to ask for more information to weezle out of paying for things. Buyer beware on ebay and other sites. Bill Gelinas has some problems with things but hopefully one day he will get things sorted out and get some type of conseling that can indeed help him overcome his big mouth problems.
