I too have unauthorized charges on my credit card. Called MVQ*Saveace, the number that is on your credit card bill (888-593-5216) and you have to enter your card number to get your account number. this account number is also on your bill. Select to cancel and speech to someone. I was told that when I used Intelis that I excepted an offer for 10.00 back from Saveace. I ask if I ever received the 10.00 and she said no it was never issued. She ask me what I wanted her to do and I said refund my money.
