I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed. So far I have sent a letter to the BBB of Illinois, written to the President of CastleRock, Brian Johnson, and tomorrow will disable the system. I refuse to pay any more months of service after my 3 year contract ended but need to know if there is anything that I can do to end this contract.
