We were changing just the family name (from one sibling to another) on our bundle services for the same residence. Direct TV told me that I could no longer use the same recievers ( that we have been using) They insisted that I had to have them. I told them over and over again that nothing else had changed everything was the same except we were changing from one family member to another. We called two months ago to disconnect it all.
