GMAC refunded my on time payment, didn't realize it until the next billing cycle, so now my credit score is a mess. I have called more than a dozen times on a dozen different days, with no explanation. I pay online through my bank, and GMAC tells me to contact my bank, and the bank tells me to contact GMAC. I get no answers just the run around. It didn't occur to me to file a complaint, until I read about this exact same scenario that is happening to countless other people. read full review »
