What a SCAM!!! The customer service people don't tell you EVERYTHING that you are going to be charged for. I was told I qualified to have both me and my wife on the card for $14.95 for one year! Then we would get a notice via e-mail reminding us if we wanted to continue service we could keep that price as long as we didn't break the service. The year came along and I noticed they started billing me double. DOUBLE!!! Then I had to literally fight for 45 minutes with the Cust. Svc. Mgr to get the over charge refund.
