Request price quote by phone, the reception took all info and name and told me will call back. no response so called back 1 week later. the office told me different things, cann't give over phone only by e-mail. Sent e-mail on 4/24/10, no response, I called 4/29/10. Direct Buy office told me they send and something wrong with my computer. I did not delete unless I check, due to e-mail I given to them is my business e-mail. I get all e-meil without any problem. they send 2nd e-mail at 6:00 PM today.
