I have had my AT&T phone for a few years back when they were Cingular. I moved recently & changed my area code with AT&T. They did not tell me that they closed my originalaccount & opened a new account. I started receiving bills for both my old account & new account & when I called re: my old account I was told by rep to not worry about that it is just a glich in their system.
