I bought a ticket on orbitz.com, and when I got to the airport, I found out the ticket was voided. I called up their customer service line and was diverted to their fraud dept. The idiot from the fraud dept said he couldn't get a hold of me, and that it was my fault. He was rude and did not care that I was stranded. I had to pay $55 cab fare both ways, and was stranded, needless to say. I had to rebook the ticket from another site. This was an awful experience. I will never buy from orbitz. read full review »
