We have advertise with the yellow pages and after calling three times to get a proof, and finally receiving it totally wrong, we never quite got it right before it went to print. That was two months of running around and calling my stupid, lazy consultant who made every excuse and lie under the sun, as to why we weren't happy with the ad. I was told that you had to sign off on a proof before it went to print, but it's a bit hard when your consultant doesn't turn up, and then when you complain to head office in WA her manager... read full review »
