I called Helpful Item and ordered an electronic range control (part #WB27T10265) for my GE oven. I provided my credit card details over the phone. When the part arrived, the rear circuit board of the main controller was badly cracked in the vicinity of the transformer and therefore non-functioning. It is possible that the damage occurred in manufacture when the board was being pressed into the plastic chassis.
