We have been looking to buy a house for over a year. We have already had one seller back out on us, but when our bid was accepted and we went with bank of America for a loan, it was the biggest mistake we have made in this whole search for a home. Our loan process began in February 2010...it has been 70 days since then and our loan still has not closed.
