3 months and still waiting on my free DVD player. I was told that they would send it to me 4-6 weeks after signing up for Traveler's Advantage. I called after about 7 weeks wondering where it is and they were veruy apologetic and said that i had to fill out a form and according to thier records was never sent to me. So they sent this "form" which didn't even have the right number a spaces for my membership number a week later. The form said it would take another 4-6 weeks.
