I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007. There was an introductory free trial period of 3 months and then after e-mailing us (which we never got) a confirmation of the service, we were automatically buying the service.
