5/3 compromised my debt card so we were told a new card would be shipping out. My husband and I did not receive our cards. They could not take my husband word that I did not receive mine, so I had to call in. They confirmed my address and said they would active my current card until I received the new one. They asked for me to call in and cancel my card as soon as I received the new one.
