Saxon is foreclosing on our home after they denied me the chance to refinance after 2 years of a variable rate, the problem is that without my authority the loan was put up for collateral with Deutsch Bank, they commited fraud, we are taking them to court, I hope to laugh at the snotty customer service reps they employ.
