They are absolutely terrible. They double booked on us and ddint show up for the moving until after 2 hrs and when we called them they just bluntly said that they will not be able to come. The Customer representative Venessa used abusive language when we started asking them why they cannot make it on time and even used phrases such as " SO full of Sh@t" They did not offer to reimburse or workout an alternative with us.
