Alexandra Kusturiss of (A. Kusturiss Apartments M.L.M. Enterprises) and all management under her are slumlords. She and cronies are harassing and threaten tenants with eviction who make complaints about the poor living conditions. In fact, a current tenant is being harassed and possibly evicted because making complaints of noise upstairs at late hours, heat that doesn't work, a sometimes working toliet, no one to fix or long waits to fix appliances, bad parking, no fire alarm or emergency exits.
