I bought an LG Washer WM0642. In 10 months, I have had the main board, pressure switch and drain pump replaced. The tub clean function does not advance after 14 minutes (this was the function that made my decision to buy this machine based on fears of mildew problems related to front load washers). I have had no success with customer service. They just keep sending service people and will not do anything about it until a tech says it's not repairable, which will not happen, i'm sure... they've been to my home 6 or 7 times. they... read full review »
