I contracted with Balance to move me from Richmond, Va to REno nv. They gave me a cheap quote, then once the deposit was paid and the move started they started to shake me down for more money (useless box fees, extra mileage fees).. Once I asked for my goods (they were stored free for a month) it took them over a month to get my goods to me... They broke some of my things, and even lost a huge entertainment center!!!
