After having NFL the first year I enjoyed it. Next year they billed me for NFL without mailing invoice or giving me any heads up that I got it agiain. I had searched for it on my Guide button but I had no 700 channels showing no NFL, only when I called and complained that it was revealed that you press 702 on your remote, so I loss first months viewing, only because they did not notify me that they had changed to a secret way of viewing the NFL.
