On Nov. 2, 2009 our home caught fire. our insurance company was very fast in getting our check for the damages done to our house. since we still pay a mortgage we had to send to check to bank of america so they could endorse the check as well. we called for a week straight to find out what needed to be done. we talked to a different person everytime and got a different story everytime. their employees from there floor supervisors to the little people are rude and inconsiderate. they are morons.
