I had a mortgage with poplar Mortgage for two years and everything ran smooth. Unfortunately my loan was sold to BoA four months agao and it has become a nightmare. They have made it difficult for me to make payments. They continue to chaarge me for home owners insurance, even though I faxed them a copy of my policy 2x. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get to a real person. When I do reach a real person, all get is polite statements read from an index card. They offer no help.
