On November 2, 2009 I received notice from Nike that my order was shipped UPS. I called UPS that evening to hold delivery until 13 NOV as I was away on military duty (unplanned departure after order was placed). I was told that could not be done but that three delivery attempts would be made and then the package held for five days so I could arrange delivery when I returned.
