I ordered a computer from them after more than one try it came to my work on a Friday. The keyboard was reflective and could not be seen while sitting in front of it. The rep indicated while we were ordering the computer that free Windows7 upgrade would be available online to download. However when we got the computer it was something to mail away for and will end up being a 3-4 week ordeal. This computer was refurbished and no better deal than the store brand new with Windows7 on it. I called on Tuesday to return it but was told NO Returns. I have a call into my credit card company.
