We have been working with Chase since May on a Home Modification. We began making trial payments in June. Now 6 payments later we are still trying to figure out what is going on. Everytime we call its a different person, with a different request. Paperwork has been faxed multiple times only to have a new request a week later. Chase has built two new banks within 10 miles of my house.It seems they have used the governments bail out money to help themselves not the consumers. read full review »
