I was a Direct Tv customer for over six years and when i moved to a different area, the company was very unprofessional handling an ongoing problem regarding a supposedly unpaid balance on my account. I would never recommend Direct Tv to anybody again. The customer service is awful and not professional at all. After speaking to many different representatives on the phone and even supervisors, i was still being charged the same amount that was supposed to have been waived for being a long time customer.
