I bought an LG lcd tv on 1-13-2008. The piece of junk broke after 10 months so I called their 800# for warranty repair. They claimed that they would send address labels to me to send the TV in for repair. I was patient and expected them to honor their word.The labels never arrived. I have been going around with them for most of a year, they never did send the address labels and now claim that because it has been so long they won"t honor their warranty. So basically they claim that because they have dithered for so long that they won't honor the warranty. Beware buying their products! They have no honor. read full review »
