What a waste of time!!! I barely got out my name, and certainly did not get through explaining my issue, and they transferred me. I must have given my name and information to AT LEAST 7 different agents!! All of which would transfer me, even before I could finish explaining my issue. Something MUST be done. I have never been met with such a lack of professionalism. They should bring these jobs back to Canada and the US! read full review »
