I have SO MANY bad things to say about Sears Home Service that I can't even write it all. Too many repair appointments with service technicians not showing up after I was home an entire day. Too many negative experiences with their call center. I will NEVER use them again. Just researched other technicians in my area and wish I'd done it sooner! BEFORE I purchased a new refrigerator after my 7 year old fridge gave me too many headaches. Now it's my washer and dryer. UGH... read full review »
