I recently purchased a double wall oven from Sears on-line. At the time of my purchase, I was given the option to select a delivery date and an installation date. I selected my dates based on what was available on the Sears on-line calendar. The day that my oven was to be delivered, I had not received it. So I called the number on my receipt for help, remained on HOLD for over 45 minutes and NO ONE would explain why they kept putting me on hold to help me locate my oven!
