I orderd two patterns in 2009, it took FOUR MONTH for them to ship the items. I have emailed them(to [email protected]) so many times but no response. Finally I made a overseas call and they said my address was missing zip code and that is the reason why the order was pending. But they didn't do anything at all but just left the order pending, nor read my email? Now in 2010, I ordered a pattern for maternity clothes for myself six weeks ago and still waiting my item.
