My friend NK Mohapatra’s Indane Gas Consumer No. is 14781 with Bhubaneswar Gas at Bhubaneswar. A filled cylinder delivered at his place a few days ago. Yesterday when they opened the cylinder, it caused huge sound and the gas gushed out of the full cylinder ferociously as the cylinder was delivered without its safety valve.
