2 week job took almost 2 months and still wasn't completed - and what was done is now failing. Phone calls are not answered, messages left are not returned. Was able to contact via email and was "promised" service during a particular week - well of course they didn't show up, no calls and no answers to emails. We had noted a complaint with the BBB before we hired them, but felt they deserved a chance.
