Signed up for DirecTV, then called to cancel after football season was over. They told me I could put my account on hold and restart starting the next football season for a better deal. I said I wasn't sure, they said they would call me before any restart to confirm, so I agree. A year later, 5 charges of $130 on my credit card and no call to confirm the restart, and I didn't even know it was on as my box was disconnected.
