I have a Tribute card that I myself canceled over a year ago. I used to pay over the minimum amount due, but now that they charge so much in fees for on line payments (and that is how I pay) I can only pay the minimum amount due. The online payment that is free is a autopay that gives you only two options: minimum due or balance in full. If you pay a one time payment the fee is about 6 dollars and over the phone is $14. So now my balance actually goes up every month. I pay on time and have closed my account and pay the minimum due and my balance actually goes up. I feel that is absolutely not ok! read full review »
