I called Straight Talk, and from three different employees I was told that their system was down, and that it would be four hours before it was up again. After four hours went by I tryed making a phone call and it still didn't work, so I called them back they said it was still down and wouldn't be up for another eight hours. Then I spoke with the Supervisor and she then informed me that their system was never down and that they would have to fix my phone but wouldn't transfer me over to the phone repair.
