When I visited QVC website, I received an ad asking me to take a short survey to receive a gift. The survey asked appropriate questions, then the "gifts" were presented. I was charged a small amount ($1) plus shipping. I belatedly checked on the company and determined that it was only a "trial" offer - not apparent, and I believe that I will be charged around $100 after the "gift" arrives and the "trial" period has passed.
