Purchased 2010 Toyota Corola in November 2009for my disabled ex-wife. Salesman promised a loaner car if car ever needed service - even for an oil change. Due to the recall of the sudden acceration problems and steering problems, the car was taken to the dealership in April 2010 to repair the acceleration and replace the steering column. They refused to give her a loaner car while they kept the car overnight. They drove her the 8 miles to her house in Gate City.
