Whatever Computes is a website hosting company - operating in Regina/Saskatoon Canada. I paid for services for my website by giving them my credit card number. They made ficitious charges (almost $1000 worth) to my credit card and when I asked them to credit my credit card back, they refused, but offered the overcharge amount as prepaid services instead. I am now stuck with 5 years of their service for a small business that can't afford to prepay any expenses 5 years ahead of time. It is not their policy to return any overpayment.
