Up until now, this has been a legitimate, user-friendly site. Try to believe this: I was unable to update my credit card and new email address on their site. I had to contact customer service -- and then spent the next HOUR on the phone with a Central American rep who could barely understand English, made me spell each word several times, a letter at a time, and we had to repeat this several times.
