I have been a Netflix customer for about 2 years and have finally canceled my membership after receiving 3 damaged discs in a row and one of them was a replacement disc for one I had returned for damage! I would say that about 70% of the time, any disc we get is not watchable! After repeated calls concerning damaged I have given up! It's aggravating to be in the middle of a movie and have it be so pixilated that you can't finish watching it! I have wasted too many evenings with this issue and Netflix does not care!
