I purshed a Nissan versa with a 2000 dollar deposit.a few days later I found the car was in an accident. The dealer said they would exchange the car for the same price with a Chevy Aveo. I asked for my deposit back and they said no. I ask if they would put the 2000 deposit towrds the Chevy and they said no with no excuse. I have all the paper work and may take them to civil court. read full review »
