Paragon Properties ( and many other affiliated names) offered undeveloped properties to investors promising development of utilites, gate house, pools, etc in 18 m0nths. Dis-satisfied clients could get their deposit. Upon payment in full, deeds would be provided. Deposits were NOT returned nor were deeds. Land was not developed. Investors need to note the reality of their investment. They have been scammed. This is a ponzi scheme. The office in Hollywood FL is but a shell in a building with no signage. Power Miser

I purchased a power miser to conserve energr, electricity in July, 2009. As part of the inducement, I was to receive vouchers for gas and groceries totaling $600 each at $50 per month. I sign up for the first company and submitted receipts totalling over $50 dollars but never received a voucher. I was told that the company went bankrupt and I was given a new company called ESavingsNow. I signed up with them and agreed with the new program. I purchased a lot in Ocean Palms, Costa Rica three years ago which was to have the infrastructure developed within 18 months including a gate house. I received 4 black books each with some sort of govt writting but no deed. Spoke to Bill Gale about a year ago and he appologized for the delay but said the co was getting financing to complete the developments and was wanting to sell houses.
